Extend HDMI 1080p Full HD with Deep Color up to 330 feet (100 meters) over a single CAT-5 cable with Ethernet, RS-232, IR, remote 5V DC Power, plus automatic source switching The GefenPRO Extender for HDMI ELR PoL 2 over CAT5 includes all of the features of the GefenPRO Extender for HDMI ELR with PoL and adds active source switching with an additional HDMI input on the receiver unit. This feature adds the ability to switch between a HDMI source connected to the sender unit and a second local HDMI source connected directly to the receiver unit. The GefenPRO Extender for HDMI ELR PoL 2 over CAT5 can extend HDMI with 3DTV support and all of the features of HDMI 1.3 including 1080p Full HD, Deep Color and high-resolution multichannel audio up to 330 feet (100 meter) over just a single CAT-5E cable. In addition, Gefen's PoL (Power over Link) technology gives it the capability to power an additional 5V DC device, up to 3 Amps, at the Receiver unit over the CAT-5 cable. This product also supports DVI-D when used with a HDMI to DVI adapter, providing greater flexibility when integrating various types of sources and displays. The Extender for HDMI ELR PoL 2 over CAT5 extends Ethernet and provides an RS-232 and IR back channel to control A/V sources using the same CAT-5 cable extension.
