When an application involves multiple composite video signals being run a variety of distances, individual signal adjustments are required to deliver signals of equivalent signal strength to each display. These types of applications require a separate equalizer for each signal. The CVEQ1 AAP and CVEQ1 WM drive video signals through up to 1,000 feet (300 meters) of MHR or equivalent cable.
The CVEQ1 AAP is a stand-alone AAP - Architectural Adapter Plate. For discreet architectural integration, the CVEQ1 AAP is wall- or furniture-mountable, and the standard faceplate may be easily replaced by a custom faceplate. As an alternative to wall-mounting configuration, the CVEQ1 WM is a one-gang wall plate version of the CVEQ1 AAP. The CVEQ1 WM requires a 2-inch deep electrical box.
